Once, as the only woman in the team, I faced the challenge of having to work twice as hard to prove myself. However, I remained resolute in not letting any demotivation or isolation deter me.

Can you share a project or achievement you’re particularly proud of and how it has contributed to your personal and professional growth?

One accomplishment that stands out and has significantly contributed to my  growth is securing a Microsoft internship and earning MSDN certificates.

The tech industry can sometimes be fast-paced and demanding. How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance and ensure your well-being while pursuing your career in technology?

I have a proactive approach to task management, aiming to finish my assignments ahead of schedule, which allows me to allocate time for myself.

Many young girls and women may be hesitant to pursue a career in tech due to societal stereotypes or lack of representation. What advice would you give to someone who is interested in entering the tech field but is unsure about taking that step?

I advise women interested in entering the tech field to have faith in their abilities and recognize that success is attainable. It’s crucial to acknowledge that there are other accomplished women in the industry who are setting examples of achievement.
