Women in ICT 2020

Register now for the Women in ICT 2020 seminar on the 29th August. Aspire Solutions’ directors, Mike Steyn and Mushfiqoh Samodien will be panelists at this transformational event that seeks to address the skills gap and help women prepare for the 4th industrial revolution through education, training and skills development.

The Women in ICT initiative was founded by Kim Palmer, chairperson of On The Ball Foundation.  Kim a successful female entrepreneur whose IT training college, On The Ball College, has been running for almost two decades. Kim is passionate about creating tangible social impact by creating opportunities for young girls to engage with technology to better prepare them for the 4th industrial revolution through her robotics programs, ICT training as well as this annual event.

Once a year in August, as part of the  women’s month celebrations, the college hosts an event where young girls and ICT industry experts come together to share ideas, present opportunities and collaborate towards the growth and advancement of women in tech.
